Hi, I'm Mo
Welcome.
I'm the founder of Themo Performance. After years of coaching and earning my PhD in exercise science, I created Themo to offer something more: a space where science, strategy, and coaching come together to support real performance.
My work spans coaching individuals, consulting within high-performance environments, and delivering education to athletes, coaches, and organizations. Across each setting, I focus on translating complex physiology and data into clear, actionable systems that improve how people train, recover, and perform.
Whether I’m working one-on-one, supporting a team, or speaking to a room of coaches, the goal is the same: make performance make sense—and build approaches that actually last.

It’s a conversation for anyone interested in the messy, meaningful balance between numbers and lived experience in sport.
